Submit a Session Proposal! 

TxCIA invites proposals for educational sessions at the 2025 Annual Conference. The Association is seeking engaging, forward-looking sessions that deliver insights relevant to today’s captive insurance professionals, with a focus on practical solutions and innovative strategies. Preference will be given to proposals that are led by TxCIA members, include captive owners, and feature a mix of industry perspectives. TxCIA Event Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend the event, you may transfer your registration to another attendee or request a partial refund.

Requests for refunds must be received in writing no later than 30 days prior to the first day of the event. The full registration fee paid minus a 10% processing fee will be refunded.

No refund will be issued for cancellations received less than 30 days before the first day of the annual conference, with the exception of requests made in accordance with the Emergency Refund Policy as outlined below.

All cancellations or requests for transfer must be sent in writing via electronic mail or regular mail to TxCIA.

Emergency Illness or Death of Registrant or Immediate Family Member:

At the discretion of the TxCIA Board of Directors, refunds may be granted if an attendee is unable to attend the conference due to a family death, illness, or other extraordinary circumstance. Refunds issued under this policy will be subject to the 10% processing fee.
